Brake drum pot belly??? Ideas....

Hi All,
Wanting to build a heater from 3 Truck brake drums I have as it gets cold outside but I still want to entertain when the weather gets near 0 Degrees C.
I have seen a few some time ago but Want Max efficiency, any thoughts or plans would be great, Fabrication is not an issue, thanks in advance.

Nice Instructables post...well written and good details. Big drums on this side of the pond are getting harder to find for some reason.
