Just a suggestion, a close fitting metal guard on the outside of the outer blades would make it easier to get close to the wall without risking hitting anything you shouldn't.
Also gonna add in my thoughts on a little improvement - add in a tube spacer between the bearings for the inner races to ride on so there’s no pressure on the inner race. The bearings will ride much smoother after ya do that. If you need a visual to show what I mean, look at the axle of any motorcycle. There’s a spacer in between the wheel bearings to ensure bearing life. ��
Overall, that’s a great design, and I think I’m gonna make my own so I can clear out the brush between the shed and fence this weekend. Thanks for the project!
