    Standing there with his head in the clouds or somewhere else had no business being where he was with heavy equipment on operation. No way an operator could have seen him he was just lucky not to have been beer caned by one of the tires

    This is what happens. Loaders are bad, but forklifts are worse. Put a big bundle of OSB on the front of a forklift and that operator can't see a single thing in front of him.
