It's easy to miss a super-useful thing in this video.

If your garbage disposal is jammed, there is a hex hole in the bottom of the rotor that fits the wrench so you can back drive it to free it up. I read the manual thoroughly before installing mine and that was NOT in the manual. 10/10 tip.

I have more of those wrenches than I have ever had disposals. I recycled a couple that I got with tool lots. They looked unused.
