Really cool project! The judicious use of some toggle latches/clamps and a spring clip or hitch pin will shorten your setup time considerably, but I have a feeling that was soon going to be a feature in Version 1.1. Oh, and a dropdown tailgate ... with tie-downs along the bed in Version 2.0.
