The cheering and laughing make it seem like a demolition but the foundations of the 2 buildings behind don't look very stable, so maybe it was really a fail that was expected.

    From the BBC:
    "
An eight-storey building collapsed in the north Indian state of Himachal Pradesh after heavy rains triggered a landslide.

Officials said the building had been evacuated hours before it collapsed in Shimla city on Thursday.

Building collapses are not uncommon in India, especially during the monsoon season. Poor construction standards and dilapidated buildings are often blamed.
    "

Here's a series of other views set to excessively-dramatic music.

I'd have thought that building collapses being an annual event would encourage them to build *into* the hillside instead of perched upon them or glued to the side.
