This house is a bit large for a cabin, but it's still a gorgeous example of an owner-built log home.

It sits on 4 acres in Home Valley, WA, and judging from the images, was built almost entirely by Woody and wife Robbi.

There's no lack of pics for this build! The builders even went to the trouble to assemble (and photograph) the 1/24th scale model that they constructed.

This may be a huge cabin, but, just like a tiny cabin, its primary source of heat is a woodburner. In this case, a giant cast iron and soapstone beast.
