Looks nice! :)
Thanks Metalmuncher :)
Well done!
I envy your acquiring a Dore Westbury mill, I always wanted one but could not afford the castings at the time.
The one you have looks to be well made, a nice machine for the model engineer.
Very nice - it looks like a heavy-duty, industrial grade version of the one I built a few years ago. This is my small one with an octagonal broach installed:

A Simple, Compact Rotary Broach | The Hobby-Machinist
Hi,
A question about the choice of some dimensions, you have a relative short length to support the broach, on a too high speed accidently, it makes some vibrations and a less good interior finish with waves, when I made one time ago without your measures, with a longer distance between the ball and the set screws, it have a more stable use than the one made shorter now.
What rpm speed do you use please ?
It's really not to criticize your construction, just an observation in workshop use.
Have a niice day.
Pierre
In all honesty' I haven't used it yet :p
Got a few jobs that will need it coming up though so will report back once I've run it.
