No-Body standing by with a fire extinguisher. ??
Or no total extinguisher in the room! Pull one handle and you fill the room as is required in paint booths. From the right hand drive I would guess either Austraila or GB.
More likely Russia or Ukraine(they use name мухомор/muhomor - instead more western muchomor/muchomůrka - for amanita shrooms), and right hand drive isn't that rare(at least in russia).
ps. that red tube right to wall radiator can be big(5kg net weight - circa 11 pounds) so called „snow” extinguisher(that is filled with liquid carbon dioxide under pressure - not sure what is proper english term).
