I think there was a leaking gas cylinder in the car, either fueling the car, or something she was transporting. You can see the inside ignites first and then, flames shoot out vents that are located at the rear of the car near the wheel wells. And it looked like she took so long to get out because she couldn't get her seatbelt unbuckled. It appears, too, that the flames may have been a quick burst inside the car and may have nearly stopped until she opened the door and let more air in. But whatever it was, I wouldn't have wanted to be in there!

One thing is for sure she was lucky it was just enough for flashover, any higher concentration of vapors would probably have been explosive
