I don't like plastic ramps. Your rear wheels can spin on plastic unless you block the ramp to keep it from moving and you can shoot the ramp out from underneath the rear wheels when you drive off the ramps. My ramps are made of 2 by 8 lumber three pieces lengthwise and 2 x 6 across the three pieces going the whole length of the ramp. I can support my 2500 Chevy truck (extended cab) with the plow blade mounted.I have driven up the ramp on snow covered driveways and never spun the wheels or moved the ramps. Much safer and a lot heavier.Quote:
