    That looks like it violates the vehicle width rules... Driver should be prosecuted...

    It's in Texas, which doesn't excuse it to be on a road. Max width is 8'6"

    No matter what the base width of a vehicle is even the body is only four feet wide. The max load extension to the left is 6 inches and the max to the right is 9 inches. without permits. Mirrors and approved safety devices and equipment excepted. I don't see spiked wheel covers as being in either the load or safety equipment categories
