Now that looks like fun.....
Piece of cake compared to building the lighthouse in the first place, especially before motorised boats!
They have an astute Captain at the controls
Wow - the line could break, the current smashes the boat into the lighthouse, the Captain misjudges a wave swell, or a dozen other things - - "what could go wrong" with this transfer?? Where is this light, and how often must the crew be changed?
