He could have bought a 10-lug-wheel medium-duty truck c/k 4500, Topkick or Kodiak. The Suburban is an 8-lug-wheel lightweight truck.

If you have one of each but neither complete, then combine both to suit the need. The guy did a nice job and suits him just fine.
