Technically, this looks to be a Chevrolet Series AA Capitol Pickup Truck. Culturally, it's a rat rod, and a sweet one. The builder, billy zz on the excellent KillBillet.com, claims it's his first build, and that he "doesn't know crap about cars" :headscratch:.
