I could see this working easily. If the containers are all standardized in size, and they have teams on hand to hook up each one as it is put into place (I'm assuming that they are pre-wired and set for utilities at the factories), then the hospital could be set up as fast as the containers can be placed. Coordination via computer would allow for construction of several areas of the hospital simultaneously.
