Clicker press for leatherwork (cookie cutter press)

Happy to be back here after a long absence.
I started selling knives and found cutting leather for the sheaths was the longest part of the whole process, this is a giant version of the commercialy available manual press, it only needs 1/2" travel but must be able to swing out of the way for accurate placement of the cutter on the leather.
It's made from 3/8" structural steel that I found laying around
