    You would have to get it approved? In Canada I think so long as it's engineered I'm pretty sure you're good. The battery operated part skirts a lot of CSA approvals.

    I would want to see at least 1 diagonal horizontal brace near the bottom and diagonal x bracing going up both sides before I would accept it if I were still approving equipment for use. Additionally, the height to width ratio needs to remain less that 2.5to 1 limiting the over height to 2 meters by 80cm wide or 80in. by 32in. I don't see a problem with the battery drive system as long as it has 75%reduction of maximum velocity when steering maneuverings are involved
