Interesting and well built attachment, screw cutting would be making the most of it. Also a well presented video.

    CNC attachment for Triumph Colchester

Colchester TriunphWow, what a cool piece of engineering that looks to be built to very close tolerances. Very talented job. I am an old 44-year machinist. I have exactly the same Colchester Triumph and love it as well. Can you tell me if you could supply drawings, material list, and especially the electronics for this? I am not very up on electronics but am an excellent old machinist. I am not asking for free. I would gladly pay what they are worth as I know I could build it but would need the total plan package.
Thank you for your time and consideration of this wonderful project. Regards, Gordon Alberg (gsalberg@shaw.ca) (Ph# 250 812 1547)

The versatility of the design is what is so intriguing. Excellent fabrication. Many thanks for the idea.

What operation are you doing at 4:23 after the gear was cut? Are you chamfering the end of the spline? Why?
