Good thing no one was in that dozer. The ship, well someone had to know that the hull was in rough shape. It will make all kinds of noise when you have that level of deterioration.

That looks more like some kind of storage facility on a loading dock situation. It seems the failed "gates" are mounted on top of a concrete wall. You can see the wall extend, then end in the background.
