What are the chances that a video photographer would have that perfectly framed in his camera at the instant of explosion unless it was a planned demolition and not an accident? Motion prior to the explosion indicates it was hand-held. The yard looks in disarray as if during dismantling and the building n the foreground is stripped with cranes overhead..
