Wind turbine within residential areas!!.. If they can save few hundreds meter of power cable, they will consider human casualties as "Collateral Damage".

Looks like a bogus video to me. So the column collapses but why do all of the rotor blades fail at exactly the same time? And why do they immediately turn to paper when they do? I agree residential towers or generators like this are a very bad idea.
