Compound leverage pipe wrench - GIF
RIDGID PIPE WRENCH WITH BACKUP
Thanks Clavius.Yes Ridgid was always the Brand on the land based Oil-Rigs. You were usein them all the time. Smallest size was 12"then 18"then 24"then 36"and the Big 48". I think there was a 72"But very Rare. But always when useing there had to be a Backup wrench to hold unless you were screwing something in or out of a Solid structure. I Figure that most Companies did'nt Buy them has the Freddy Light Fingers would be takeing them home.

I would suppose other companies make them as well, but I did not look any further. Looks expensive but I still kind of want one. The relative lengths of the pivot points and the handle suggest that this can bring to bear some serious leverage for those pesky stuck fittings.[/QUOTE]
