Concrete being pumped across construction site. I knew this was how it was done, but I guess it still looks a little unusual.

I have never seen it pumped horizontal like that, with those cute hose carts. In that picture, looks like it is about time to remove a couple of sections of pipe.

I have done this numerous times . The man handling the distributing end of the hose is back breaking work. Having a good eye for just the right amount is critical. You have hose tenders behind you to pull the hose backwards away from the pour and remove sections of hose as needed. You earn your money on this job.
