    There must still be some buildup and accumulation. What's the procedure to clean those things? There must be a maintenance schedule of some sort. Do you just run acid through it periodically to destroy the buildup? I'm curious now.

    Most of the residue is cleaned out. What is left is thin and will sluff off or rub off when the new batch is run.

    Here they use foam balls - kind of the consistancy of nerf balls - seen it on many a pour...
