Not generally a great idea to remove a foreign object on your own. Maybe this one worked out okay, since it was more like a big splinter, but if you manage to stab yourself in an artery, the foreign object acts like a cork, and you can bleed out after you remove it.

A trip to the local Doc in a Box to get an x-ray, a tetanus shot, and good wound care is never a waste. Trust me. I'm missing a leg. Infections can do you serious harm.

But seriously. How do you screw in a screw into your hand? I have installed multiple thousands. Well over 10,000 not once in my hand. Especially talented person in this video.

I agree.

Reminds me of an older coworker who accidentally hit himself in the fingernail with a hammer. Of course, the nail immediately turned blue and his finger was throbbing. He had the bright idea of chucking a 1/8" drill bit into the nearest drill press and puncturing the nail to relieve the pressure.

Unfortunately, Mr. Genius IQ (I promise it WASN'T me!!) pushed the press down a little too hard and instead of just puncturing the nail, the drill bit got a bite of his finger and pulled his finger up and in an instant he had a 1/8" drill bit ALL THE WAY through his finger and his finger was at the top of the bit with the drill still rotating.

Yes, we laughed. Howled, actually.
