    My question is was he just playing around to see if he could break the ice? Normally if you are on a construction site like that one and needed a route across some ice like that you would try not to break it by walking as gingerly as possible and probably would have placed some matting sheets of some kind on top of the ice, he sure shouldn't have been bouncing on it
    Never try to tell me it can't be done

    That's great, you can see the crack start to propagate under his left foot as he lifts the right on. If he's in Philadelphia that's called FAAFO

    The animal kingdom is a wealth of knowledge to humans. The bear creeps rather than walks and creates shock force that could break the ice! But even if it breaks the ice, the bear is still at home.
