That (a hammer) is called a Brummigan screwdriver. This is insulting to Birmingham people. They are called “Brummies”. But to set a small screw in a small hinge, having marked it with an awl, it is something I do frequently, with just 2 turns to finish.

Remarked earlier (2017) it foretold the future (as of 2020). Well, now it's a statute in CA, preserving energy already lacking to charge EV autos the grid can't handle.
Like their water crisis; all manner of regulations heaped unto citizenry, but nary a brown patch on ANY golf course, mall concourse, or civil property.
