    I'm struggling to understand what I'm even looking at. Are they trying to lift a crane that fell over? Can you draw a line from this colossal f'up directly to their last colossal f'up?

    Yes that's exactly what's happening. Look at the beginning of the video. The outrigger on the flipped crane is bent and in the process of failing, so dumb and dumber decide to go under there and kick the tires. Get everyone within 10 miles of this operation off site yesterday. Too stupid to function.
