Crane topples while lowering skid-steer into pit - GIF

Aint gonna happen in the US. That crane operator allowing those guys to try to orient the skid without tag lines and the general lack of hardhats was a solid fore-shadowing, and in the US would indicate the crane operator, construction management and GC would all be eating crap bigtime on this one, but only after OSHA baked it up nice & stiff....
