What do they do with all of those crickets? The need to add an air blower to clear the crickets off the tracks!!! Each time they feed them, so many get crushed.
But then crickets are cannibalistic so I guess that just adds protein to their diet!!
Can you imagine the noise level at night?
Looks like there are rail clearers in front of each wheel to prevent crushing them. This is a cheap form of protein and when roasted, a delicacy in some Asian countries.
They sure look like grasshoppers to me.
