They pour those curb mixes REEEEEEALY dry usually a 1 to1 1/2 inch slump. It's a weird feeling to drive down the freeway @ 55mph with the truck rocking back and forth because the mix is so dry. That took a little getting used to. (drove a mixer truck for 17 years)
