A non-built-in stepstool only needs one storage space, not three or four.

That swing out work counter looks very useful and is the only truly good idea in the bunch, imo.

The spice racks behind the backsplash are kinda nice. the rest is expensive kitchen stuff designed for high-rollers who don't cook...
