    Cut-off jig for round tubing

    Here is another quick jig I built to cut the front axles for the wagons to length after "dropping" them with a 45* bend. To put in the bend I had to have extra material hanging out past the completed length for the bender to grab onto. PLUS this cut was at an 11* angle so holding the tubing, centered and immobile, was important.
    it's just a scrap piece of OSB and a couple of modified Adell Clamps but it worked!

    Putting the clamps on the bends keeps the tube from sliding sideways.
