Very interesting and informative. I have a plan for a mist cooling system for my lathe and eventual mill. It will use Kool Mist soluble liquid. I'm waiting for the nozzles that I ordered from Ebay (from Hong Kong) so who knows when I'll get them. I ordered a mist system from Baggood that uses an air supply and a self supplied coolant reservoir and one of those multi piece flexible hoses. I tried it out with water. It was poorly made and not useable. Actually it was a piece of crap. Fortunately it was cheap. When I get something going I'll report on the effectiveness of it.

u in canada or Kalifornia??? good vid but it was over 10 minutes, and no mention was made of air cooling,,u can use a vortex generator and a small compressor from a dead refigerator,, anyone try that??? in a small home shop ,might be better than anything else, considering all the toxic fumes in the air..plenty of times i ran out of coolant in my kool-mist at work and just opened up the air to finish off a part,,never had a problem, anyway heres your Sam Kinison award,,,,,,OH, OH,OOOOOOH,OH,OH, OOOOOOOOH !!!!
