    That's putting a lot of faith in a non-DOT rated 1" strap. So far as I know none of the 1" nylon straps have an actual DOT certification. but I have been wrong before.

    Not as dangerous as the driver following and taking video of the situation. It is not a dash cam because you can see the wipers and dash "bounce" at the bottom of the frame as the drivers hand tries to steady the phone and keep it aimed at the bike.

    We cannot see for sure, but I bet the front wheel is secured in a receiver mounted cradle. The bike is not going anywhere, except where the car goes.

    Wonder... if the chain had been removed. I used to tow an off-road cycle with a front wheel mount for a few miles locally, but never over 30 MPH.
