    He should pour that dust into a phone-shaped mold, dump in some two-part acrylic on top, degass, let it cure, and see if he hit the lottery with the absolutely random event of the phone being properly reassembled and working. He might turn out to be the guy who invents the Infinite Improbability Drive!
