Admittedly main reason I watched; to see how the quadrant was made. . .no way in the world did I suspect hand made, and free form cutting to boot!

Everything is made with your own hands, except the corner with holes, and the loop. This is a square, protractor, docking profile
I really like your protractor/ square docking device. A very handy tool with repeatability for making multiples of any angular fabricated assembly.
