all it does is ruin the dirty harry speech "in all this excitement it could be easy to lose count of how many rounds I've fired..."

They do not make that slide for the .44 AutoMag, "The world's most powerful hand gun" So Dirty Harry still could have forgotten how many shots he fired!!!!

(remember this was 1971, since that time others have surpassed the .44 Magnum.)

My 2 cents...I don't like having to replace the grips on a 1911. The Glock may be alright but wonder about longevity...LCD's don't seem robust enough for it's location and g-forces of multi-round fire. I think the LED Advisors might work better and like the one for the M&P. https://www.radetecusa.com/products/led-advisor/

Keep in mind they don't count 1 in the chamber.
