Hey friends! Because of the corona the gyms are closed until further notice. So I had to prepare some weights for myself so that I could continue to train at home as well. The preparation process was awfully simple because I always have raw materials with which I can improvise. The corona is not a run to stop and exercise, watch the video and see how I built myself some types of weights that will help me with my home training.
