Do you find that you have to do a lot house remodeling work yourself?

So far, I've done 99% of my own remodeling work. I hired an electrician to install a new breaker box once. But, after watching & learning from what he did, I'd be fairly comfortable doing one of those myself now too.

I'm the same way with my house. Finding competent people, who do a good job, at a good price, just isn't reasonable. So I end up doing most things myself, and it gets easier each time.
