    Υour brake is completely wrong and you will never be able to bend an angle of more than 80 ~ 82 degrees.
    Other than that, the hinges you've used are very poor (you will dont bend a piece of paper) and your build has not something that is correct or acceptable.
    You need to think about how such a tool works and make a new plan.
