DIY Thread Chaser Tool
I needed to use a hole saw the other day but the threads on the arbor set screw kept the drill bit from being tightened. It was a fine thread and I only had a coarse thread tap in that size. It was a good opportunity to try out this method of making a chaser. I was actually surprised by the results. This video covers the problem, making the tool, using it along with the issues with this method, and some recommendations. It is a short video.
