I bought a Staples easy button for my dog Vincent as part of his focus training, and he loves it. It started as a simple point command exercise, but after he mastered that it turned into a game.
Dog audio communication device. Not particularly convincing, and it's ironic how the dog augments her "speech" with the universal "let me outside" symbol: pawing at the door. Still interesting. 0:40 video:

Selecting buttons, maybe. I know two dogs with good recognition for dog related questions. Black one is faster, like quarterback. Other, a moving brick wall, envy of any linebacker. One is my avatar elsewhere.
They get long well, like brothers. Not perfect but completely evident they care for the other.
