The French (as indicated by the 'Arret' sign) seem to have problems with vehicle design. :-)

I am reminded of the saying when it comes to French design: The French imitate no one and no one imitates the French.

Thomas Built Buses is an American bus manufacturer. If you zoom on the left vehicle, there is written Montreal. I guess the photo places the bus in Canada.

This vehicle is not roadworthy and not safe to be used on public roads. Road users may get confused that the vehicle is on the wrong lane and take actions accordingly that could lead to serious accidents.
