    I like your idea of making a shredder. You potentially have a steampunk design there! Would it not have been easier, cutting the teeth, to have drilled the radius, before cutting? What are you shredding? And why? I have often taken apart burned out paper shredder and wondered if the mechanism could be repurposed.
