Great idea.
A second wheel regulator will allow you to switch the flow On/Off without disturbing the rate of flow.

Nice idea. This is something that would be worthwhile on my drill press. It certainly frees up a hand but a drip pan under the drill press would probably be a good idea.

Didn't watch vid; the components appear in the still shot. Yes, an On-Off is worthwhile. Not sure where I'll dig up intravenous gear though.
When I dispense cutting fluids by hand, it's far up the tool shank. A puddle on material is just more clean up, while gravity feeds directly to the cutting edge, then chips have a bit to resist sticking to walls of cavity.
