The DOT here would be grinning at the thought of new boats or cars from all the tickets they were about to issue.

As a matter of general education, that's a straight truck chassis because the wheelbase is way too long for it to become a tractor for pulling semi-trailers (a semi-trailer carries only part of the load on its wheels; a full trailer has axles at each end to fully carry the load), so the common phrase semi-truck is common nonsense.

I had an old White Road Commode and I wish the seat in it had been as good as the one that guy is using.
