They did get it partially unloaded at least. Just not how they wanted. It looked like the Red Taylor forklift leaned his forks out a little causing the rest to be overloaded
It is sometimes necessary but always dangerous to need multiple lift trucks to lift something Especially when they are at or near their capacity. It doesn't even require an operator to do anything wrong a rough spot on the ground or the hydraulics giving way. from being maxed out pressure wise.

Do they not have an overhead crane with the capacity to unload railcars? There's no way thinking you could unload such items with multiple forklifts WITHOUT this happening is a definition of insanity! At least one of the lifts had practically no weight on it's forks or the others would not have been so easily tipped. This almost looks like a "hold my beer" idea.
