    This is too funny, although the idea is sound. Drywallers have cut drywall with nothing buy a Hauk billed knife since the advent of gypsum board drywall. mark a line score through the face paper snap the sheetrock slice the backing paper and nail to the wall or ceiling. If the board didn't snap as cleanly as the drywaller wanted he would simply drag the inner curve of the knife blade to remove the part that offended him. The tape and bedders take care of the rest. No one worried about skiving off a 1/2" of the face paper.
    The average new home can have 7 tons of drywall installed. The USA is the largest producer of sheet rock in the world. out of 72 countries that produce gypsum drywall products the USA produces 25%
    I can see some DIY installers thinking they absolutely must have one of these, but I seriously doubt professional installers will buy many of them unless they are doing only the extreme high end custom installs where they can charge 3 4 or even 5 times the normal install rate.
